Professional Oversight is required when seeking final approval of documentation for SHARS services provided by an unlicensed provider, or Rehabilitative Assistant.  In X-Logs, Professional Oversight is assigned to the user submitting sessions for approval, and indicates that their sessions must be approved by a licensed professional, or Team Leader.  In order to submit sessions to another X-Logs user for approval, the following must be true:

1) User submitting sessions has Professional Oversight assigned to their X-Logs account

2) User submitting sessions is under the Team Leader caseload of the user approving the sessions 

If you are unable to submit sessions to a Team Leader, contact our Client Care team who can review the Team Leader caseload, or assign Professional Oversight as necessary.
