Unposted Session Summary Report

To access this report, log into X Logs in your Administrator role. Select the “Reporting” menu and then the “Static Reports” sub-menu.

This report is useful for providing a filtered view of a user's posted/unposted session count by campus. The campus information is pulled from the student's details within the session data on each provider's calendar. To run this report, please follow the directions below:

Select “Unposted Sessions Summary Report”
Choose your "Campus" filter and input the dates ranges you wish to see into the "Start Date" and "End Date" filters
Select "Apply Filters"
Select “View Details” for any provider to get a further breakdown of unposted sessions
Select “Export to Excel” to filter down data by service provider type, posted sessions, etc.

ITEMS TO NOTE:

If you feel that you see some campus data in error, keep in mind that the data comes from “active” student details, therefore, the student details may need to be updated in your IEP Vendor (if you have an integration) or in X Logs, if the student was manually added.

If you find that a provider's data is not appearing on the campus they are assigned to, check the following:

"Campus Not Assigned" filter. This filter indicates that the provider has not created any sessions, therefore, there is no session data to pull a campus from.
"Unknown" filter. This filter indicates that a student has "Unknown" as the campus assigned in their student details. You can update this in either your IEP Vendor (if you have an integration) or in X Logs if the student was manually added.
If the provider is not showing up under any of the filters, they most likely do not have an X Logs account and will need to register. Please register by clicking the "New to X Logs?" link on the Login page.

SUGGESTED USE:

Send this report to principals or campus influencers so that they can review the unposted sessions and engage with staff.
Extend X Logs access to principals or campus influencers (team leads, administrators, etc.) to allow them to run this report in real-time and work with staff on unposted sessions.
