Approver Role Batch Posting (Approval)

An Approver has the opportunity to approve/post documentation for assistants/interns. There are different options to post documentation allowing the approver to post each assistants/interns separately or simultaneously. Please remember only sessions that have been submitted for approval will display.  This article will go through the options when approving documentation for assistants/interns. 

 

 Batch Posting

Batch posting allows the Approver to approve sessions by an individual provider or by multiple providers. 
  1. click on your profile containing the circle with the your initials on the far right side of the screen
  2. click on Un-Posted Sessions
  3. click on Sessions due
  4. click Batch Posting button upper right side of the screen
  5. message will appear, click Continue
The Session Approval page will open, with the option to approve/post session(s) for a single provider or multiple providers.
  1. select the start and end date of the sessions that require approval
  2. select the provider(s) name or click Select All
  3. the name of all the students on the caseload will auto select
  4. click on the session(s) that will be approved/posted or click Select All
  5. click on the Approved Batch button
  6. type the Approver's electronic signature (select the apply electronic signature option if desire)
  7. click Approve button
  8. message indicating session(s) have been posted will appear
The session will appear green on the calendar. 

*Please note:  If revisions are required, click on Request Revision enter comments and click submit
