X Logs offers the ability to expedite documentation efforts by providing checkboxes for activities, accommodations, and modifications. When a new account is created, the system provides some default options, however, these can be customized at any time by an administrator or team leader role by contacting Support Team, Client Onboarding Specialist or Program Specialist.
Here is an example of one service area “Personal Care - Instructional Support” in X Logs as to default selections and if that activity is billable. Based on a district's operating guidelines and interpretations of the activity selections, more activities can be added or modified.
